I. Structural Innovation Drives Improvements in Both Assembly and Performance

In next-generation magnetic core designs, some advanced solutions utilize a split-structure concept, dividing the traditional monolithic magnetic ring into separate front and rear sections. The front ring is precisely embedded into the housing via a fixed slot and secured with high-strength adhesive, while the rear ring is slidably mounted in a positioning slot, allowing for dynamic pressure fine-tuning through elastic elements. This configuration relaxes the core installation tolerance from ±0.05 mm to ±0.2 mm, significantly easing assembly and effectively preventing structural damage caused by assembly stress.

Experimental results demonstrate that, in a 10 kHz high-frequency environment, this structure improves magnetic flux distribution uniformity by approximately 30%, thereby significantly enhancing current sensing accuracy. Furthermore, a precision positioning system—featuring interlocking positioning blocks and slots—enables sub-millimeter alignment accuracy, resulting in greater stability and consistency in the sensor's magnetic performance.

II. Synergistic Optimization of Materials and Processing

The manufacture of high-performance magnetic cores relies not only on structural innovation but, more importantly, on the precise matching of materials and processing techniques.

  • Surface Treatment: End faces undergo planarization to achieve a surface roughness (Ra) of less than 0.8 μm, effectively minimizing the air gap in the closed magnetic circuit.

  • Shielding Base: The base is constructed from a high-permeability alloy to provide efficient electromagnetic shielding, reducing external magnetic interference by more than 40%.

  • Thermal Expansion Matching: The difference in the coefficient of linear thermal expansion between the core and housing materials is controlled to within 0.5 × 10⁻⁶/°C, ensuring magnetic circuit stability across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
